Practical part of the “Effective team” training: developing trust in the group.

An effective team is not just about skills — it’s built on trust, collaboration, and healthy communication. That’s exactly what our recent staff training focused on.

During the session, participants:

  • engaged in trust-building group exercises;

  • worked in pairs and small groups to solve conflict scenarios;

  • practiced active listening and reflected on their own communication patterns;

  • co-created a values contract to guide respectful team interactions.

This experience proved once again that an effective team grows through honest dialogue and a willingness to support one another. We’re deeply grateful to every participant for their openness, engagement, and desire to evolve together.

The event was organized with the support of the European Endowment for Democracy (EED).
